FLORENS DOM – SANTA MARIA DEL FIORE
Denna upplaga av Månadens konsert är hämtad från den mäktiga domen, katedralen i Florens – Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore – från april 2015. S:t Jacobs Kammarkör sjöng en konsert i den otroliga akustiken med musik på ett eller annat sätt kopplad till Florens och katedralen. Bland styckena kan nämnas … a riveder le Stelle av Ingvar Lidholm (med text ur Dantes Inferno), Geistliches lied av Johannes Brahms samt musik av Lorenzo Donati och Sven-David Sandström.
Med i konserten var sopranen Maria Keohane och organisten Mattias Wager.

This edition of Concert of the Month is from the magnificent cathedral, the Dome in Florence – Basilica di Santa Maria del Fiore. In April 2015 S:t Jacobs Chamber Choir sang a concert in the incredible acoustics with a content connected to the cathedral over the decades.
